Tyler was right on time each time and so polite and personable. For the diagnostic appointment we made, we worked into his schedule quickly and made adjustments to his life/schedule to get to us quickly. When he left I knew everything he was needing to do by name and what to expect for wait times on part due to large delays etc. Secondly, he was exactly on the time for the repair appointment (and let’s be honest this is rarely the case with bigger companies...) Anyway, he greeted me and got right to work. When finished he came in to just touch base told me what he did, again and answered my questions. He brought one of his employees this time to help him, and that guy was cut from the same cloth as far as professionalism and respect go. I will 100% always use Tyler Elliott to complete our work.
